The target countries of the SMART program are Armenia, Moldova, and Belarus. The main goal of the program is to motivate university students, graduates to develop entrepreneurial skills and abilities, to activate university-employer cooperation through SMART centers.

Within the framework of the program it is envisaged:

a) To create 7 SMART centers,

b) Conduct 4 new trainings for PD staff;

c) Conduct 8 new trainings for students;

d) Create an electronic SMART_CHANNEL platform;

e) Develop a manual that will be available in English, Romanian, Russian, Armenian և Belarusian,

f) Create a repository of new ideas in the following languages: English, Romanian, Russian, Armenian, and Belarusian;

g) Holding competitions among students, holding an annual regional conference;

h) Introduction of a new course in the universities of Armenia, Belarus, and Moldova.
