The critical situation that followed the pandemic and then the Second Artsakh War had a great impact on the different spheres of the society. A series of discussions have been organized within the framework of DATA program, attended by young people from Aragatsotn, Syunik, Tavush, Shirak and Yerevan. During the discussions, participants talked about the most valued pre-war morals that have been transformed in the post-war period.

Analyzing the outcomes of the online discussions, we came to conclusion that both NGOs and local self-government bodies should take into account during developing their strategic plans. Trainings should be organized to help set goals and objectives, develop critical thinking, create informational platforms, and expand the geography of youth activities or events, involving rural youth.
