We are happy to announce the launch of a new project: “Raising entrepreneurial capacity of youth for rural development” (RECORD) is an initiative led by the YCCD NGO – Youth Cooperation Center of Dilijan (YCCD, Armenia) in partnership with სამოქალაქო ინიციატივა – Civic Initiative (Georgia), Consorzio Leonardo(Italy) and Mezinárodní vzdělávací centrum GEMS, International Educational Center GEMS(Czech Republic).
The 24-months project aims to develop capacities of rural youth organizations of the Eastern Partnership region in entrepreneurship education (EE) using the local potentials of handicrafts and ecotourism.
The project is a strategic partnership for enhancing the quality of entrepreneurship education and the cross-sectorial partnerships in this field, at local and regional level in Armenia and Georgia.
The Kick-off meeting of the project happened recently in Armenia, where representatives of all partner organizations have attended and actively participated.
During the Kick-off meeting the partners presented to each other their recent achievements in the field of Entrepreneurial Education (EE), and then the project timeline and its flow has been discussed in details.
The “Raising entrepreneurial capacity of youth for rural development” is supported by the EaP Youth Window under the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.
