The “Youth Cooperation Center of Dilijan” NGO invites individuals, creative groups or organizations providing photo-video services to submit their expressions of interest within the framework of the entrepreneurial program implemented by the NGO.
The project aims to prepare representative videos and photos about 30 beneficiaries of the program, presenting their activities, entrepreneurial ideas, achievements and the impact of the program.
The filming is planned to be carried out in the communities of Dilijan, Teghut, Haghartsin, Gosh and Hovk.
Technical and quality requirements
The service provider is expected to provide the following standards:
High-quality video and photo shooting with appropriate technical equipment,
Proper recording with clear and understandable sound,
If necessary, lighting in accordance with the conditions of the shooting location,
Artistic, representative and human approach to the shots,
Complete video editing including color correction, sound processing, subtitles and necessary graphic elements,
English subtitles for Armenian speech,
Provision of final versions of videos in formats suitable for social media and the website,
Photo selection, color processing and provision of final quality versions,
Maintaining a style in accordance with the communication requirements of the organization and the project,
Completion of work within the agreed deadlines.
Expected Services
The selected service provider must perform the following tasks:
1. VIDEO PRODUCTION
A 1-1.5 minute representative video must be produced for each of the 30 project beneficiaries.
The videos must be high-quality, dynamic, narrative and suitable for distribution on social media, websites, reports and other public communication platforms.
Each video must present the beneficiary, their business idea or activity, the support received within the framework of the project and the expected or recorded result.
The language of the videos is Armenian with English subtitles.
2. PHOTOGRAPHY
A photo shoot must be carried out for each of the same 30 beneficiaries.
At least 3-5 high-quality digital photos must be provided for each beneficiary.
Photos must meet the standards for use in public communications, social media, websites, reports, and printed materials.
Requirements for applicants
Interested individuals, teams or organizations must have:
Relevant experience in the field of photo and/or video production,
Experience in producing short representative videos,
Ability to present stories on social, educational, entrepreneurial or community topics,
Experience or willingness to create short, compelling and human stories about people and small businesses,
Own technical means for filming and editing,
Willingness to film in the communities of Dilijan, Teghut, Haghartsin, Gosh and Hovk,
Responsible, flexible and collaborative working style,
Examples of work or portfolio.
Proposed Service Period
The proposed total period for the implementation of the services is up to 25 working days from the date of signing the contract and approving the work plan.
Proposed stages:
preparatory work, coordination of the filming schedule with the beneficiaries and development of a script approach – up to 3 working days,
filming in the communities of Dilijan, Teghut, Haghartsin, Gosh and Hovk – up to 10 working days,
video editing, captioning, photo processing and presentation of preliminary versions – up to 8 working days,
final editing based on the organization’s observations and delivery of materials – up to 4 working days.
Applicants may also submit their proposed realistic schedule, taking into account the volume and geography of filming for 30 beneficiaries.
