Service Name: “Positive Youth Development” Guide-Manual Toolkit Dictionary and Development of an explanation appendix and preparation within the framework of DATA program.

In the framework of the USAID-funded “Data for Accountable and Transparent Action”(DATA) program, Youth Cooperation Center of Dilijan NGO is looking for a field expert to prepare a Positive Youth Development (YSU / PYD) guide for developing an appendix of definitions, and other necessary descriptions of the Youth Programs Assessment Toolkit.
The appendix of explanations will be compiled on the basis of the boundaries, concepts, wording, and terms contained in the content of the YSU guide-manual for the evaluation of Youth programs.
Note: The involved expert will be provided with the YSU Guide-Manual for Youth Programs Assessment Toolkit / Youth Programming Assessment Tool Kit (#YPAT) for developing and preparing an explanation app.
Information about “Positive Youth Development” guide-manual։
PYD guide-manual is intended for developers and implementers of youth programs. It helps youth organizations (YOs) measure the implementation of youth programs’ effectiveness and I identify areas that need strengthening or further development.
Through launching samples, it offers specific steps to improve program results within the framework of DATA program, #YPAT Youth Programs were developed on the basis of the PYD concept assessment tool, the localization process in Armenia is carried out by DATA Project Partner, “Youth Cooperation Center of Dilijan” NGO.
Terms of the Competition։
- Have professional studies, assessments, expertise in narrow or related areas in the field of youth
- Have experience in developing and preparing courses, textbooks, topics, and practical exercises
- Be Fluent in Armenian (oral and written).
