Motivational meetings with successful businessmen were held within the framework of the LEAD CAMP program
Within the framework of the “LEAD CAMP” program, the “Dilijan Youth Cooperation Center” NGO organized a series of motivational meetings aimed at developing the capabilities of the program participants and promoting entrepreneurial thinking. The meetings took place in an offline format, at the YCCD office, and were intended for women and men with beginner or limited business experience.
The goal of the meetings was to present real success stories to the participants, create an opportunity for direct contact with experienced businesspeople, and support them on the path to developing their own ideas. The participants not only listened to the speakers’ experiences, but also actively engaged in the discussions, raising questions of interest to them and receiving practical advice.

The guest of the first meeting was Anahit Badalyan, founder of the Berd Women’s Resource Center and the Bears&Berries Ecocenter. She presented her experience, emphasizing the importance of promoting women’s economic activity and developing tourism in border communities. Her story showed that consistent work and belief in one’s own idea can lead to real changes even in small communities.
From the village to a sustainable business: Vigen Mnatsakanyan
During the next meeting, the participants met with Vigen Mnatsakanyan, founder of the “Beekeeping Development and Training Center” NGO. The experience he presented was an important message: it is also possible to create a sustainable business and develop tourism in rural communities by effectively using local resources. This meeting was an important reassessment for the participants to understand that success is not limited to the capital.
When quality meets design: The business secrets of "Darman"
The program also included a meeting with Gnel Nazaryan and Ruzanna Kartashyan, founders of the family business of “Darman” teas. They presented the entire path of their business development, from the collection of natural raw materials to their presence in international markets. The speakers paid special attention to the quality of the product, as well as the importance of branding and packaging as key factors of competitiveness.
