On March 29, 2024, the official opening ceremony of the “DUCO” Youth Center took place in the city of Dilijan. The center was established as a result of cooperation between the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia and the “Youth Cooperation Center of Dilijan” NGO, within the framework of the grant announced by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia for the purpose of “Creation of Youth Centers”.

The goal of the “DUCO” Youth Center is to create special conditions and opportunities for the involvement of young people of the Dilijan enlarged community /including NEET youth/ by contributing to the development of their abilities, acquisition of new skills and knowledge, motivation and disclosure of potential, socialization, promotion of employment, healthy lifestyle, organization of intellectual leisure, mobility /in the territory of the Republic of Armenia, abroad/ and involvement of young people in decision-making at the local level.

Welcome to the DUCO Youth Center: in our center you will find unique spaces designed to provide a pleasant and warm environment for work and non-formal education.

Working Zone:

Located on the 2nd floor of the center, this comfortable and practical work zone is designed for group work, discussions, and training. Comfortable tables and a modern design ensure a productive work environment without distractions.

Reading and relaxation area:

This area is designed for those who want to have intellectual leisure by reading, playing games and socializing with each other. A variety of books, comfortable armchairs and an abundance of natural light make this area perfect for both reading and mental work.

Kitchen Area:

Each floor of our center has a modern kitchen area, equipped with the necessary furniture and appliances. They are a safe and simple place where young people can enjoy their breaks during various meetings or training sessions.
