LAUNCH OF THE NEW TEAM BUILDING TOOL

In the field of non-formal civic education, the Youth Cooperation Center of Dilijan NGO has launched a sub-grant project for the localization of the “More than one story” card game tool, which has been translated into nearly 30 languages worldwide, including Armenian, Georgian, and English. The tool aims to introduce innovative methods in team-building activities for non-governmental organizations, trainers, youth workers, educators, informal groups, and various other structures, helping to organize teamwork more effectively.

The tool consists of approximately 50 question cards designed to foster team spirit and cooperation among individuals from different age groups and cultures. It is easy to use and doesn’t require complex procedures for implementation. The game is compact, making it suitable for any environment, and provides participants with a fun and enjoyable experience by sharing their own “story” in response to each question.

The game tool is planned to be printed in three languages and an online version will also be developed and launched. The tool will be presented to representatives of the sector and non-formal education frameworks in all regions of Armenia.

Until the Armenian version is ready, you can find a video about the game and the project through the link.

The “More than One Story” card game is also available in an online version.

It is worth noting that the “More than One Story” project was awarded the 2014 Intercultural Innovation Award by the UN Alliance of Civilizations and BMW Group.

The “More than One Story” sub-grant project is being implemented within the framework of the “Youth in Action: Youth Empowerment and Leadership Development in Armenia” program.

The “Youth in Action: Youth Empowerment and Leadership Development in Armenia” program is a co-funded initiative by the European Union and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS), implemented in collaboration with World Vision Armenia (WVA), Media Initiatives Center (MIC), and Gyumri “Youth Initiatives Centre” (YIC).
