PYD involves young people and their families in the process of realizing youth potential with communities and governments. PYD differs from those traditional approaches, which view risks and arisen problems connected with young people. PYD supports young people and promotes the improvement of their quality of life. PYD programs prove that getting enough knowledge, skills and support young people can improve their health condition, reach economic and educational successes, as well as involve and have a significant contribution in the development of community.<\/p>\n
Currently, Youth Cooperation Center of Dilijan (YCCD) NGO is actively in the localization stage through YPAT assessment of local non-governmental organizations within the framework of program DATA. <\/p>\n
