In order to carry out an awareness campaign among the population envisaged by the program, the young people wrote their messages on several dozen shopping bags for the participation of citizens in the local self-government on the functions of local governments. Bags and candies will be distributed by young people in their communities, seeking to increase their participation in local government. According to the participating youth, this program provides an opportunity to make behavioral changes in their communities, and try to apply the acquired knowledge in practice. The young people will also meet with local government representatives to discuss issues related to communities.<\/p>\n
