The purpose of the “Community Expert” program is to develop young people’s abilities and participatory skills in the field of local self-government. 14 young people aged 13-17 from the communities adjacent to the city of Sevan participate in the program. In the first course, conducted by Zara Lavchyan, a youth expert, the participants got acquainted with the principles of non-formal education, its importance for the development of the person and capacity building, the mechanisms of volunteering, participation\u0589. Within the framework of the program, several training courses will be conducted, as well as a meeting with the community authorities.<\/p>\n
